kk7 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kk7 ("kk7", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kk7 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kk7.lat. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies referenced herein.

kk7 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the current Terms, you must cease using the kk7 platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the kk7 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. kk7 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the platform, under any circumstances whatsoever.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other legal entities may not register accounts on kk7.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information including your real full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of kk7 or any associated entity. Employees are prohibited from holding player accounts.

kk7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include a copy of a valid national identification document, a selfie, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active kk7 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account, including accounts registered under different names or mobile numbers belonging to the same individual, is strictly prohibited. kk7 may use technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed, and balances held in those accounts — including any bonus funds — may be voided at kk7's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your kk7 account, including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested. You must keep your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — confidential at all times. kk7 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password not reused across other services. kk7 will never contact you to request your password.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to your kk7 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. kk7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or any anonymous payment source. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted by kk7:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi banks. Bank transfer availability and processing times may vary.
• kk7 reserves the right to add, remove or modify supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through platform announcements.
• Deposits are credited to your kk7 balance subject to confirmation by the relevant payment provider. kk7 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
• kk7 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal where a deposit was made via a specific payment method. This is an anti-fraud and KYC measure.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed the required KYC identity verification; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied in full; (c) your withdrawal must be for a sum that does not exceed your available real-money balance; and (d) the withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name.

kk7 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to six (6) hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) subject to the player's account status and any pending verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. kk7 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

• kk7 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once submitted and accepted into the processing queue, except in cases where kk7 has placed the request on hold pending verification.
• kk7 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals processed via supported payment methods. Any fees imposed by the player's own bank or wallet provider are the player's responsibility.
• Balances that have remained inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as notified on the platform. Players will receive notification before any inactivity fee is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kk7 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of a player's account and are separate from the real-money balance. Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus offer, bonus funds must complete the stated rollover requirement before being eligible for conversion to real-money balance. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the applicable wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. kk7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kk7 platform. A breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any account balance, including real-money funds and bonus funds:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account on the same device, mobile number or payment method.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with the kk7 platform, place wagers, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities or misconfigured bonus systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using the kk7 platform for any money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime activity. kk7 will report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.

kk7 reserves the right to investigate any account activity suspected of constituting prohibited conduct, and to take any action it deems appropriate, including contacting law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

kk7 is committed to providing responsible gaming tools to all players. Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), session time reminders, and request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through their account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During any active self-exclusion period, kk7 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and will suspend all promotional communications to that player.

kk7 is a platform for adult entertainment only and is not suitable for persons experiencing gambling-related problems. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kk7 platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of kk7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kk7 content without prior written consent from kk7.

kk7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kk7 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership of or rights in any kk7 intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kk7 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the kk7 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data , or loss of gaming session data.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the kk7 platform or any game, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory requirement or any other cause outside kk7's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

11. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the kk7 platform, including a dispute about the outcome of a game or a bet, you must contact kk7 support at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be investigated. kk7 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a final response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

kk7's decision on any complaint or dispute shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. kk7 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will provide clear written reasons for its decisions. All dispute correspondence will be conducted in English.

12. Changes to These Terms

kk7 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kk7 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active players via platform announcement or registered contact details. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the kk7 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the kk7 platform, you agree that any dispute not resolved through kk7's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of applicable Bangladeshi law that cannot be excluded by contract.
